Our mission
To provide an education for life through programmes which incorporate all daily living activities and address the needs of the whole child.

Our aims
- Develop a wide range of educational programmes inspired by the principles of Conductive Education.
- Prepare specialist therapy and teaching sessions that meet the needs of individual children.
- Establish opportunities for learning amongst staff, parents, volunteers and other professionals in order to increase their understanding of children with motor disorders.
- Provide a caring, happy and stimulating learning environment for children, parents, volunteers and staff.
- Cultivate each child’s full potential physically, socially and academically in order to equip them for integration into their local community.
- Through active participation in their own learning, to develop each child’s ability to problem solve as well as facilitate their self-confidence and self respect.
- Instil in each child an awareness of others and a sense of responsibility towards others in their home, school and community environments.
The PACE centre is a charity. It depends on funding from charitable trusts, businesses, groups and individuals.
Currently about one in every 400 children in the UK is affected by cerebral palsy. Help PACE reach these children through its innovative programme sessions, training and outreach services.

Other ways to help are... volunteering, taking part in PACE Events, supporting the Children's Challenge, taking the PACE Challenge including running the London 10K, half marathon and marathon and parachute jumps for FREE!
